Reed’s fellow co-founders and coworkers, Arthur Hayes, Ben Delo, and Gregory Dwyer, all arraigned with the exact same charges, stay “at big,” according to the DoJ.According to the court files, which were authorized on Oct. 1, Reed’s$5 million bond will be surrendered if he stops working to appear in court, or does not give up to serve any sentence the court might enforce. In so doing, they presumably permitted BitMEX to run as” a platform in the shadows of the monetary markets.
